On Monday, July 22, Blake Lively, 36, made a stunning appearance at the New York City premiere of Deadpool, alongside Gigi Hadid. Both ladies dressed in outfits inspired by the movie’s characters, Deadpool and Wolverine, played by Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman.
Blake Lively wore a maroon bodysuit with long sleeves and off-the-shoulder detail, capturing the essence of Deadpool’s red. Her hair, tied up in a high ponytail, and jewelry from Lorraine Schwartz and Ofira added the perfect touch of sparkle.
Gigi Hadid, 29, channeled Wolverine with her outfit that mirrored his yellow X-Men uniform. She looked stunning in a custom yellow Miu Miu set, with a bandeau top and low-rise skirt. Completing her look were a matching yellow purse and black pumps.
Styled by Elizabeth Sulcer, Hadid’s look featured Alexis Bittar’s signature stacked bangles. The group posed for photos together, creating a memorable moment at the event.
Blake Lively is no stranger to themed outfits. She previously embraced on-theme dressing when she announced her pregnancy at the Pokémon Detective Pikachu premiere in a sparkling yellow sequin dress that resembled Pikachu.
The Deadpool premiere marked a red carpet comeback for Lively and Reynolds, who skipped this year’s Met Gala.
